Can I get a transcript from any TikTok video?

From most public TikTok videos with speech, yes. Private or deleted videos cannot be grabbed, some public videos can still be blocked, and a clip that is only music gives little or no text. ClawGrab tells you when a grab fails.

Does TikTok have a built-in transcript feature?

No. TikTok offers auto-captions that are rendered on-screen within the video player, but there is no way to copy, download, or export those captions as text. ClawGrab fills this gap by extracting spoken content directly from the audio.

How long does TikTok transcript extraction take?

Most TikTok videos are under 3 minutes, so extraction usually completes in seconds. Longer TikTok videos (up to 10 minutes) take longer, depending on audio complexity and how busy the service is.
